Denham Capital Sustainable Infrastructure Appoints Tim Radcliff as a Managing Director

Jersey City, NJ (June 13, 2023) – Denham Capital, the global energy transition investment firm, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Radcliff as a Managing Director for Denham Sustainable Infrastructure (“DSI”). Tim will operate from Denham’s New Jersey office and focus exclusively on DSI’s private equity business.

Tim brings significant experience within the financial services industry, predominantly across the power, renewables and energy transition sectors. Most recently, he was a Managing Director at Solomon Partners where he was responsible for the renewables and energy transition M&A advisory practice within the Infrastructure, Power & Renewables group.

Prior to Solomon Partners, Tim was a Director in the Power & Renewables group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised clients across renewables, clean technology, and utilities.  Additionally, he spent over eight years at Morgan Stanley, where he led the Clean Technology Equity Research group.
