Company Overview Freebird SHA developed a 7.6 BCF expansion to an existing 1.44 BCF depleted reservoir gas storage facility located in northwest Alabama. The expansion project included the drilling of new wells, the lateral addition of compression, and the construction of a both a pipeline to and an interconnect with the Tennessee Gas Pipeline, and was completed in the third quarter of 2007.
Exit Description Enstor, Inc., a subsidiary of Iberdrola Renovables, purchased the Freebird facility in December 2007.
